My Name is David Scott Palmquist. I am currently enrolled in UNC's six month full stack web development program. I am learning how the modern web works. I am currently knowledgeable in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, materialize, JQuery, Bootstrap, firebase, node.js, GIT, and mySQL. I am hoping to gain additional knowledge and skills in each of these areas while adding on subjects like machine learing, preproccessors, MongoDB, and mobile app development.
A little about me. I graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in finance. Right out of college I got a job with BB&T where I spent 9 years. After BB&T I took a job with Yardi Sytems Inc where I rekindled my love with with technology. I am a two time brain cancer survivor. After my second bought with cancer my wife encouraged me to go back to school follow my passion.
